Between 2018 and 2022, I was focused on doing something counterintuitive in the fashion industry: using a 3D virtual ecosystem to challenge the traditional "Produce-Inventory-Sell" model.

With the rise of new regulations like the UK’s EPR and California’s SB 707, the systemic pain points that I was analyzing years ago are now a reality for every brand. Inventory is no longer an asset—it’s a liability.

In this video, I break down the "Demand-Validated" logic I developed for the EW Ecosystem. It wasn't about making design lead the market; it was about letting the market validate the design before production.
