என் மாமியின் சுவை மிக்க தக்காளி சட்னி/சம்பல்-Super Delicious Tomato Chutney /Sambol By Genie Mum

It doesn't matter what you want to call this dish; all I can say is, this is one of the best tomato dishes I have ever come across. My mother in law makes it and we all enjoy it so much. Now I have started making it as well but it never will taste as good as the original.

1 kg of tomatoes
fresh chilli as per your taste
2-3 sprigs of curry leaves
6 garlic cloves
3 big onions
1 1/2 cups coconut
salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp fennel seeds
1/2 tsp freshly cracked pepper
1 tsp turmeric powder
2 tablespoons of hot chilli powder (use it according to your taste)
