The Hellshire Hills and Manatee Bay in The Portland Bight, Jamaica, August 2013

A helitour from the Tinson Pen aerodrome in Kingston, Jamaica over a section of the Hellshire Hills, which are a part of the Portland Bight Protected Area.
The Hellshire Hills are under severe threat from charcoal production.
The two bays are Manatee Bay and Coquar Bay.
The area is a wildlife refuge and home to many species of endangered animals. Some found only in the Hellshire Hills.
The entire Portland Bight Protected Area is under threat of destruction by non-sustainable exploitation.
