Sweeping Hugs

Cross your arms in front of you & place your hands on opposite shoulders.
Inhale & apply gentle pressure to your shoulders
Exhale & slowly sweep your hands down to your elbows
Repeat 5 times

Also known as “Havening,” this technique shifts the brain into relaxation mode & boosts oxytocin, a hormone normally conjured up by human touch & bonding.
