Group therapy to overcome PTSD and stress
Ari, an Army Veteran, served in Vietnam. Both combat and the racism he encountered caused stress. When he came home, he was on edge and angry. Different sounds brought him back to Vietnam. After time in prison, he sought treatment for PTSD. Group therapy with other Vietnam Veterans supported Ari through his recovery and reduced his stress.
