Manila Mayor Isko Moreno says he will definitely run in next year's Philippine Elections but he will make the proper announcement on his 2022 plans either in August or September. The mayor revealed this in a virtual event with the Fil-Am community in New York where he also discussed the Philippines' pandemic response.
