Shrimpin' with Sal

We take a break from fishing to bring you a little piece of Louisiana's culture, heritage, and way of life. Salvo's Seafood owner Sal St. Phillip takes the crew of LOATV out on his shrimp boat to shows us how shrimping is done, tells us what it means to him, and we learn a little of the history of how this way of life helped settle many of Louisiana's coastal communities.
