Woman found dead inside home after SWAT standoff in Kent

After one person was found injured and hostage negotiations occurred, police found a woman dead inside of a Kent home from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound, according to the Kent Police Department.

Kent police and Valley SWAT remained at the scene for several hours in response to a "critical incident," according to the Kent Police Department on Saturday, Oct. 28.
