Pesto Chicken Bake - One Pan | 5 Ingredients | Ready in 30!
Pesto Chicken Bake is an amazing baked chicken dinner with just one pan, five ingredients AND ready on the table in just under 30 minutes!
It’s easy, fast and delicious!
PESTO CHICKEN BAKE RECIPE
Serves 4
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon canola oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup Parsley Pesto
1/2 cup grated mozzarella
Two slices of plum tomato
4 tablespoons grated Parmesan
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with foil and place 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts on it.
Brush the chicken with canola oil and sprinkle with salt. Spoon Parsley Pesto over the chicken. Top with grated mozzarella, then place two slices of plum tomato on each one. Sprinkle each one with 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan.
Bake 15 minutes, then turn the broiler to high and broil 1 to 2 minutes, or until the cheese is golden.
