Info: La Game Boy (En japonés: ゲームボーイ "Gēmu Bōi") es una consola de mano portátil fabricada por Nintendo, alimentadas con pilas (a excepción del modelo SP y Micro), lanzada inicialmente en 1989. Es uno de los sistemas más vendidos hasta la fecha. Comenzó como un modelo de consola parcialmente experimental, y en su primer año vendió relativamente poco, sin embargo, con la llegada del fenómeno Tetris y el gran apoyo de los licenciatarios que trabajaban para NES y Super Nintendo (Capcom, Konami, Enix/Quintet, Namco, Culture Brain, Jaleco, Interplay, Ocean, Square...) las ventas se dispararon. Entre el modelo clásico y la versión con color, se llegaron a vender 118,69 millones de unidades.
