In a salary negotiation, no doesn't always mean no 💰

If you get told NO in your salary negotiation - don't panic! This doesn't mean you have to end the conversation.

If the budget is truly capped out, consider what else you could negotiate to sweeten the deal (benefits, flexible working, sign-on bonus, retirement fund contributions...)

While it's still super important to be happy with your base salary, don't forget about all of the indirect ways you can get paid too!

(I know I save massive $$ by working from home - no commute costs, work wardrobe, lunches out...)
