How to remove and replace the fan speed switch on a 1999 Jeep Wrangler Sahara. Should be the same procedure for years 1998-2004 and a very similar procedure for other years.

My fan speeds 1 and 3 had stopped working. Speeds 2 and 4 still worked. Typically speeds 1 then 2 then 3 will stop working, however replacing the fan speed switch fixed my problem.
