The Jim Busta Band has performed for 40 years. Son Chad (WI) joined the band in 1984. Daughter Mollie (OH) joined the band in 1990. Karl (WI) joined the band in 2015. Son-in-law Ted Lange (OH) and Alex Vinecki (MI) joined the band as guest artist on this day. Not performing on this song, but a regular in the band since 1981 is Jeff "Sparky" Biermann (IA). Jim and his band have been based out of Edgewood, Iowa; Spring Grove, Minnesota; and now Onalaska, Wisconsin.

Nordic Fest takes place the last full weekend in July in Decorah, Iowa - nordicfest.com. The Jim Busta Band performs on Thursday night after opening ceremonies & and Friday late morning/early afternoon.
