1. Front squat - 4 x 10 (+1 max rep set)
(I only did front squats because of a lower back injury that prevents me from doing a lot of exercises, including back squats, deadlifts etc.)
2. Barbell Lunge - 3 x 10 (each leg)
3. Single Leg Hip Thrust - 3 x 8 (each leg)
4. Hamstring Curl - 4 x 10
5. Box Jumps
6. Hip Adduction Machine - 3 x 15
7. Hip Abduction Machine - 3 x 15
