Taz Skylar's ONE PIECE Workout — Combat Flow Conditioning (Follow Along)

A dynamic Combat Flow workout inspired by Taz Skylar’s real training for his One Piece role as Sanji. This session blends kicks, rotational strength, explosive upper‑body work, and full‑body conditioning. Follow along and move with precision.

⏱️ Structure
30 seconds work / 20 seconds rest
3 rounds + 60 sec recovery
(1) Halo lunge
(2) Bridge push‑up
(3) Side kick to spin kick
(4) Tyson push‑up
(5) Sit‑up with a kick
(6) 360 swings
(7) 2 minutes of skipping

Easier variations:
- Complete 2 rounds instead of 3
- Reduce kick height and focus on clean technique
- Replace side kick to spin kick (interval 3) with side kicks only
- Replace Tyson push‑up (interval 4) with push‑ups from the knees

Harder variations:
- Add ankle weights or a light plate for sit up with a kick (interval 5)
- Increase kick height and speed (interval 3)
- Use a heavier weight / kettlebell for 360 swings (interval 6)
