MATERIALS
The viability of any links I’d have provided would depend on the country you’re in. However using the info below, you should have no problem finding the correct materials.

THE PLASTIC
Polycaprolactone (PCL) is a polyester with a low melting point of around 60 °C. It has a few different commercial names including, Polymorph, Multimorph, and Polydoh. You can find it with a simple Amazon or Ebay search of any of these names.

THE POWDER
Strontium Aluminate is also readily available on Amazon and Ebay and can be found from various sellers by doing a search for it. As mentioned The Green and Aqua powders are the brightest, and in natural light have an off-white coloration.
