Exercises:
*Waltz jump-loop jump combination
*Waltz jump-back spin
*Waltz jump-axel
*Standstill axel

Tips:
*Don't drop the right shoulder
*Jump outside the circle
*Add speed for momentum to exit the jump
*Don't reach for the group
*Watch the slow free leg
*Keep working on your back spin for a quick rotation and off ice jumps!
