❤️Unboxing Super Rare Zelos Swordfish Mokume-Gane ETA #3 of 10 with Kintsugi Dial Mod 🙏 I love it!❤️

Today's unedited video is just a quick unboxing of this amazing Zelos Swordfish I received. Its case is made of Mokume-gane.

What is Mokume-gane? The Zelos website tells us, "Mokume-gane: A similar metalworking procedure of Japanese origins, utilizing copper and nickel silver to produce a similar wood-grain pattern. One difference is that Mokume-gane will patina, with the copper portions eventually aging to a beautiful dark red, providing a contrast against the nickel silver."

Although this source website is for the Mirage, the case material is the same. I couldn't find this Mokume-gane Swordfish on the Zelos website, because I believe it was made in a very small batch of custom pieces and not really sold publicly via the website.

The dial has been modded and hand-painted in the Japanese art style of Kintsugi, which is literally translated into English as "golden joinery." I'll talk about what this means to me in this video, but I'll drop a few links below for anyone wanting to learn more about this beautiful art form.

I learned how to pronounce Kintsugi from this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T1t3gOOARlg
