It’s just announced that Jonathan Anderson will be new Creative Director for the luxury house Dior, following the news of Maria Grazia Chiuri’s departure, ending her historical run as the first female Creative Director of the brand.

The Irish designer also makes history as the first designer to take over both Dior Men’s and Women’s collections. Anderson was first announced as the head of Dior Men’s in April, one month after stepping back as creative director at Loewe.

Fans of Anderson’s creative and avant garde work from Loewe are excited to see how the designer will interpret the codes of the heritage house.

He is set to debut his first collection, Dior Men Spring/Summer 2026, during Paris Fashion Week on June 27.
