Managers of Manchester City and Liverpool commented on their squads' 1-1 Premier League draw in Manchester, where the teams clashed at the Etihad Stadium earlier the same day.

While Josep "Pep" Guardiola Sala, Manchester City's manager called the result "fair," Liverpool's Jurgen Klopp added: "I loved the energy level of both teams tonight, it was a proper, proper fight on the highest level." He also stressed that he was happy with the result.
