CANNING Peach Preserves & Honey Peach Butter

This week I have two canning recipes in one, actually four if you count the side notes. I canned all four of these recipes this week. The concept for each one is basically the same.
You can can with the skin on or off peaches. You can adjust the sugars, even use honey and you can add spices like cinnamon or saffron.
I hope you enjoy these recipes as much as I do. We love them. I have now sampled each one and they are DELICIOUS!!!
