21 Democratic Senators signed a letter sent to Biden Tuesday calling on him to include recurring direct payments and automatic unemployment extensions as part of his next economic plan.
Biden is expected to unveil his Build Back Better program Wednesday during a stop in Pittsburgh, where he will discuss the details of his $3 trillion plan. The plan is expected to include billions for infrastructure improvements, helping with manufacturing and tackling climate change.
