The BEST Spinach Artichoke Dip 🔥 This is the only recipe you’ll need! It’s spicy, cheesy, and

Here’s how to make it:
1 tbsp butter
20 oz spinach
1 shallot, minced
3-5 cloves garlic, to taste
Salt and pepper, to taste
Red pepper, to taste
13.75 oz can quartered artichokes (drained, patted dry, and roughly chopped)
8 oz softened cream cheese
4oz freshly shredded mozzarella (plus extra for topping)
4 oz freshly shredded gruyere
2 oz freshly shredded parmesan cheese (plus extra for topping)
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup Best Foods Mayonnaise
Pinch of nutmeg, optional
Tortillas chips, to serve
1. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium/low heat. Add in your shallot followed by a pinch of salt and red pepper. Stir and sauté for a few minutes. Throw in your garlic and sauté for another 30 seconds.
2. Add in half your spinach, stir until wilted. Repeat with the rest of your spinach.
3. With a cheesecloth, clean kitchen towel or paper towel, ring out as much excess liquid from the cooked spinach as possible. Roughly chop and add back to your pan.
4. Turn heat to low and add in your artichokes and cream cheese. Stir until fully combined.
5. Sprinkle in your three cheeses and stir until combined. Add in your sour cream and Best Foods mayonnaise, stir to combine. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper.
6. Add your spinach mixture into a lightly greased baking dish. Place under the broiler until
