In a certain country in the Middle East, an inverted pyramid was being excavated after its recent discovery. It was said that a diamond know as the "Eye of Muylan" was hidden inside. The "Eye of Muylan" wasn't just any diamond, but apparently the heart of an ancient weapon. Just then, news broke that the inverted pyramid research team had been annihilated. At the same time, sensing the scent of a great treasure, the Lupin team headed off for the Middle East...

The game revolves around Lupin infiltrating the massive, multi-layered pyramid structure, navigating ancient booby traps, and dealing with the Sage’s forces, all while Zenigata is hot on his heels. It’s essentially a 3D race through a trap-laden tomb that feels like an extended, playable Lupin III movie plot.

The fan translation by Vermillion Desserts (released in early 2026) added English subtitles to the previously Japanese-only cutscenes, which finally allows players to follow the plot. Thanks to them for their work.
