Hello Wowie people !!
So due to this Pandemic me and Tanzeel gained alot of weight 🥺 and both of us were lacking motivation to workout at home and follow a healthy lifestyle so, we came to a conclusion of trying INTERMITTENT FASTING ! 😍 And we thought of taking you guys along with our weight- loss journey of 1 MONTH , so here is our WEEK-1 in which we lost 6Kgs in total which is HUGEEE for us.
We both hope this video might give you slight motivation to stay healthy and fit during this pandemic.

List of food items that you guys can consume during:

8 hours eating window-
- Eat high-fiber foods, such as nuts, beans, fruits and vegetables, and high protein foods, including meat, fish, tofu, or nuts

16 hours of fasting window-
- Water, coffee, Green tea and other zero-calorie beverages
