Again, I’m not usually into the Hollywood scene, but this video of Amber Heard giving a deposition against Johnny Depp is so full of obvious lies, manipulations and delusional narratives, that I wanted to share it to help my viewers see through these things more clearly. As in my last video called, “A Therapist’s Thoughts on Johnny and Amber’s Audio Argument,” this deposition gives us a front row seat to watch things we are often talking about on this channel; how to know when someone is lying, does someone with narcissistic behaviors know when they are lying, and what is the difference between lies and delusional thinking? We’ll see how in the beginning she is lying, and then she shifts into her delusional narratives. Delusional narratives are more confusing than lies, as the person is quite convinced of the ‘truth’ in their narrative. Knowing the difference between the two is crucial for us to understand and notice in others, so we can protect ourselves from narcissistic traits and behavior!
