In an attempt to reverse this loss, OzFish has invented the Quilted Oyster Doona (QOD). This patented technique is set to revolutionise shellfish reef restoration by turning the thousands of kilometres of rock sea walls that stabilise our banks into living seawalls. QODs blanket these walls, creating a habitat for millions of shellfish and other animals.
