Campus Farms: Teaching STEM Through Food and Farming

STEM courses are typically taught in disciplinary “silos” that do not necessarily translate to practical real-world problems for students. Everyone can identify with food. Presented by Fay Hansen, Ph.D., Biological Sciences, Oakland University for the 2024 Teaching and Learning Symposium.
