At 5:30 PM on May 27, 2020, a line of severe thunderstorms roared into Galveston Island, and Saltwater-Recon’s Sky Cam captured the dramatic moment when a brief touchdown occurred lifting dust and dirt nearly 300 feet in the air from a nearby industrial site. The event even set off a power flash as it impacted downtown Galveston. The Time lapse is sped up to 20X real time. There is a Gustnado at 1.5 minutes into the vid.
