How to Make Traditional Fettuccine Alfredo (Fettuccine al Burro) | Only 3 Ingredients + No Cream!

In this video, I'll be sharing with you guys my recipe for Traditional Fettuccine Alfredo also known as Fettuccine al Burro e Parmigiano (Fettuccine Pasta tossed with Butter & Parmesan Cheese)! The Italian method of making this dish is actually quite simple, yet incredibly flavorful and tasty. It will only require 3 ingredients and no cream whatsoever!! This is a great quick dish to whip up as a side or you could even add some protein like chicken or shrimp to make into an entrée. Please remember to like and subscribe if you enjoy this video. Recipe as follows:

Fettuccine al Burro e Parmigiano

Ingredients:
- 1 lb of Fettuccine Pasta
- 1 stick of Butter (I used Kerrygold Garlic and Herb Butter for extra flavor and richness!)
- 1 cup of Parmesan Cheese or more based on preference
- Optional: Chopped Garlic (I used 3 cloves)

Instructions:
Boil 1 lb of Fettuccine Pasta. Melt 1 stick of Butter in a saucepan. (Optional: Sauté chopped Garlic in Butter). Transfer cooked Pasta to Butter Mixture. Toss Pasta in Butter Mixture. Add 1 Cup of Parmesan Cheese or more to Pasta based on preference. Toss Pasta quickly. Add 1 Cup of Pasta Water to Pasta. Toss Pasta quickly and vigorously, ensuring that noodles are being coated evenly by sauce. Garnish with Parmesan Cheese!
