YOGA SCULPTED ARMS WORKOUT 💕 pilates for triceps and shoulders

These are some of my favorite yoga and pilates arm exercises to get sculpted shoulders and toned triceps.

All you need are some 1 to 3 lb weights to feel the burn!! Lightweight, high rep exercises will help create defined shoulders and triceps.

If you dont have weights at home you can do the workout without them and will definitely feel them toning up!

These exercises are Pilates-based which means the entire time you want engage your core by lightly pulling your bellybutton to towards your spine and gently tensing your abdominals.

I love this yoga pilates fusion arm workout because it creates a workout that has the toning elements of Pilates and the flow of a Yoga practice! PLUS it really gets results!

This routine can be repeated one to three times depending on your fitness level OR add on with another Summer Body workout to compliment it.
