Into the Wild Turkey: the Hunt For the Site of Long-Demolished OMG Hot Springs!

While down at the Salton Sea, my friend New Scott and I decided to try and find the site of an old naked hippie encampment called Oh My God! hot spring, where Christopher McCandless (from the book/movie Into the Wild) spent time. The springs were bulldozed back in 1993, but we figured we could at least camp out naked and raise a toast to the memory. But the precise location of these hot springs proved surprisingly difficult to find! It took all our brainpower --and the help of my Facebook page community -- to figure out this mystery. Were we able to celebrate victory with Into the Wild Turkey cocktails? Tune in to find out!
