Drowning Victim's Family Reacts to Last GoPro Video of Him
The last days of Richard Ragland's life were captured on his GoPro. The 22-year-old drowned while on a trip to South Cumberland State Park in Tennessee with his friends in 2017. Two years later, his family finally has the video in their possession. Rich Aloha made the discovery after getting a tip from a park ranger that a drowning victim's camera could still be buried in the murky waters. He was thrilled to find it for the family. InsideEdition.com's Mara Montalbano has more. #InsideEdition
