Mega Man 2.5D - 1.1 Update

V1.1 of Mega Man 2.5D is now available for download at our project website http://petersjostrand.com/. This update contains various bug fixes and tweaks, as well as a bit of new content in the form of a new bonus stage,weapon demonstration cutscenes, and a new playable character! For more details about what's new, please check out the "Changes" section on the project website.

We've done a lot of testing for this new version, but, as always, we'd greatly appreciate it if you report bugs that you come across to us, either through our Facebook page, or on Twitter.There is a possibility that when running the installer for the game, your antivirus software may give you a false positive. This is nothing to be concerned about, and is simply a result of the installer not being signed, as this process costs quite a lot of money. We assure you that as long as you've downloaded the game through our project website, it's perfectly safe.

If you have save data from V1.0.2 of the game that you would like to transfer over to V1.1, please follow these steps:
1. Install V1.1 wherever you want.
2. Go to the game directory for the V1.0.2 release (NOT the V1.1 release that you just installed!). If you're having trouble locating your V1.0.2 game directory, try searching your computer for a file named MM25DGame.exe. Right click the file and choose "Open file location" and you should be in the correct folder.
3. Copy MM25DConfig.xml and all files named saveS* and saveM*, then paste them in the V1.1 folder that you got when installing V1.1 in step 1.
4. Start V1.1. If you are playing the correct version you should see the version number V1.1 under the logo on the game title screen.
5. Please check that you still have access to your savegames and achievements.
