204 YEAR OLD House for 12,000 without SEEING it!

We bought a 203 year old home in Latvia. It is a brick home build for a farmer family. Their trait was brewing, not sure what but we know that they did brewery. We have huge dreams for this home. It came with 2.83Ha of land (7 Acres). Which is more than enough for us to have our own produce and some farm animals. Main goal now is to restore the house and move in as we have to live in a Van until it is finished. We have no running water, no shower, no toilet, no kitchen.... and much more. It is a blank canvas for us to start our new journey. We will share everything as we go on our Youtube channel. This video might seam poorly done but next one we will work harder on as we start to focus on the videos a bit more, for now we are a bit struck by how much work it is and how are we ever gone do this. We will have no one helping us, we will do all the work our selves and try to solve every problem by using internet and our own knowledge!
