[41] Abstract Alcohol Ink Art with Resin and Ink Layer on Top - Tutorial

😍 I am in love with this one! This video covers quite a lot - from painting, to mounting, to resin with some alcohol ink added to the resin in places! I know it's a little long, but I wanted to let you see all the steps I could squeeze into the video. I used Ranger brand alcohol ink colors amethyst, turquoise, and watermelon which I switched out for flamingo a little ways into the painting. I didn't like the way the watermelon was looking with the other colors. I also used my ever present Pinata brass and Pinata blanco is the white ink I used in the resin. I painted it on 12x12 inch Grafix opaque white craft plastic and mounted it on a 12x12 inch birch cradle board using Mod Podge. I sealed the painting with Kamar and UV Archival varnishes before I resined it just to make sure it had plenty of uv protection. I hope you enjoy this one!
