Crispy Mini Butter Cookies - Bánh quy bơ mini

The butter cookies recipe
100g room temperature unsalted butter
80g powdered sugar
25g egg white

Divide the mixture into 2 equal parts

For the white dough: add 65g cake flour
For the chocolate dough: add 45g cake flour + 20g cocoa powder

The chocolate filling:
40g white chocolate
15ml heavy cream
