Derwent lightfast Colored Pencils

Here is my review on these new lightfast pencils. I can sum them up in just one word. AMAZING!
You don't need my 11 minute video, or any of the other video out there to convince you that these are the best pencil to hit the market in a longtime! Just try them and it will all make sense.. At first glance, they look like any other pencil, but once you make that swatch test and see the colors for yourself, you will see what I mean.
The darks are gorgeous! They actually have a few darks you don't see in other brands. The lights are just as nice. A few of them are super sheer & beautiful pencils for delicate florals or when you need a hint of color. Of course the mid-tons are spectacular! The blending capabilities are SOOO good! I haven't been this excited about a colored pencil since I broke down and bought my Holbein's. (which I don't really use) Derwent found the perfect recipe to create a 100% lightfast oil based pencil that blends and has amazing color saturation, and color choices. I understand the rest of the colors will be out in the future and I am looking forward to competing my set.
