Based on the book ‘The Man who Mistook his Wife For a Hat' written by Oliver Sacks and the opera Score by Michael Nyman. It is a real life account of a Neurologist who has a peculiar case.

Mr. P is a music teacher who appears to have nothing wrong with him at first, until the doctor sees that he has mistaken his wife for a hat during a session. The Doctor S. decides to investigate this further…
