UP 8051 East in Dixon, IL 3/24/21

This crossing received a WCH Type 1.5 E Bell on the southern signal replacing a dead WCH bell recently, making for a nice combo with the WCH Type 3 on the other signal. Progress is slowly coming along here though for new signals. There's even a new PTC tower here which is really weird to see, as looks exactly the same as the previous one.
