THE ENEMIES WE FACE
And you He made alive, who were dead in trespasses and sins, in which you once walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit who now works in the sons of disobedience, among whom also we all once conducted ourselves in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind, and were by nature children of wrath, just as the others. Ephesians 2:1-3

Satan is steal, kill and destroy. Thief gets in and gets out. Lock all your windows and doors!

OPEN DOORS TO CURSES: “Nor give place to the devil.” Ephesians 4:27
1. Occult (Deuteronomy 27:15)
2. Disrespect for parents (Deuteronomy 27:16)
3. Injustice to weak and helpless (Deuteronomy 27:18-19)
4. Illicit or unnatural sex, incest (Deuteronomy 27:20-23)
5. Anti-semitism (Genesis 12:3)
6. Accursed objects (Deuteronomy 7:26)
7. Stealing and perjury (Zechariah 5:4)
8. Stinginess toward God (Malachi 3:8-10)
9. Offense (Matthew 18:34)
10. Murmuring (Numbers 21:4-6)

Then they journeyed from Mount Hor by the Way of the Red Sea, to go around the land of Edom; and the soul of the people became very discouraged on the way. And the people spoke against God and against Moses: “Why have you brought us up out of Egypt to die in the wilderness? For there is no food and no water, and our soul loathes this worthless bread.” So the Lord sent fiery serpents among the people, and they bit the people; and many of the people of Israel died. Numbers 21:4-6

Murmuring the to the devil is what worship is to God!
Discouragement is normal, grumbling is a choice.
Murmuring did not get resolved by miracle.
The will of God is IN EVERYTHING to thank God 1 Thessalonians 5:18

Complaining tolerated is faith contaminated (snakes released POISON)

Unthankful are first two steps toward slippery path SNAKE BITE (Romans 1:21)

You have every reason to thank God Psalm 100:5 Lord is Good. Mercy is Forever. Truth endures.

Jesus faced situations worse than what Israel had but with thanksgiving. (Lazarus, bread)

“And it happened, at the time when the flocks conceived, that I lifted my eyes and saw in a dream, and behold, the rams which leaped upon the flocks were streaked, speckled, and gray-spotted. Then the Angel of God spoke to me in a dream, saying, ‘Jacob.’ And I said, ‘Here I am.’ And He said, ‘Lift your eyes now and see, all the rams which leap on the flocks are streaked, speckled, and gray-spotted; for I have seen all that Laban is doing to you. Genesis 31:10-12

Positive vision assists angels. Negative attitude invites serpents.
