鹽煎銀雪魚 Grilled Black Cod With Salt **字幕CC Eng. Sub**

🟢材料:
銀雪魚 3 件
生粉/麵粉 1 茶匙
鹽、油、胡椒粉 適量

🟢做法:
1️⃣ 銀雪魚去鱗,洗淨吸乾水。
2️⃣ 下適量鹽和少許胡椒粉,再加入 1 茶匙生粉/麵粉,抹勻。
3️⃣ 蒸烤鍋♦掃油,下銀雪魚煎至金黃。反轉另一面煎至兩面金黃即可
📌備註:若沒有♦蒸烤鍋,也可以使用焗爐或氣炸鍋或平底鍋。

🟢Ingredients:
Black Cod - 3 pieces
Cornstarch/Flour - 1 teaspoon
Salt, oil, white pepper powder - as needed

🟢Cooking Directions:
1️⃣ Remove the scales from the black cod and rinse thoroughly. Pat dry with paper towels.
2️⃣ Season the fish with salt and a pinch of white pepper. Add 1 teaspoon of cornstarch or flour rub the fish.
3️⃣ Heat up a steam grill pan♦ and brush it with cooking oil. Pan-fry the black cod until both sides are golden brown. Serve hot.

📌Note: If you don't have a ♦steam grill pan, you can also use an oven, an air fryer, or a frying pan.
