Hydrometra or Mucometra is characterized
by an enlarged uterus due to the
accumulation of hypoechogenic fluid,
echogenic, thin trabeculae and
absence of any fetal or placental structures.
This condition can be treated successfully if we diagnosed earlier and treated with prostaglandin treatment.
