Arezzo is a town and comune in Italy, in the Tuscany region, capital of the province of Arezzo.

Arezzo is a city in Italy, located in the eastern part of Tuscany among four picturesque valleys (Val Tiberina, Casentino, Valdarno and Valdichiana). Its origins date back to ancient times, when the Etruscans founded one of their settlements here.

Arezzo developed most rapidly in the 14th century, only to fall into decline a century later. After the massive destruction during the Second World War, the city was rebuilt.

- Piazza Grande (Piazza Vasari) - the main town square in Arezzo, which slopes slightly towards the south.
- Palazzo Pretorio from 1322.
- The Gothic cathedral, whose construction began in the 13th century and the final work on the temple was not completed until the 20th century
- Church of Sana Maria della Pieve from 1140-1320
