Hello my dear ones! Vikasit Kamalasan or the blooming lotus pose is an excellent posture to open the hip joint and strengthen the spine. This is very good for ladies, it brings pressure on the pelvis ( Mooladhar chakra ) and promotes vaginal elasticity and firmness. This also teaches balance and concentration, patience, tolerance and perseverance.
Contraindications - Hip joint or knee problem
We all know the health benefits of regular exercise and physical activity, but many a times because of laziness, busy schedule, or not seeing results, sometimes you are too stressed or tired or not motivated enough... there are many reasons that people don't exercise. Regular physical activity is one of the easiest ways to reduce our risk for chronic disease and to improve our quality of life, Improve our memory and brain function (all age groups). Aid in weight management. Lower blood pressure and improve heart health. Improve our quality of sleep. Reduce feelings of anxiety and depression.
