'Reno" An original song by Richie Strell performed by Gemini Junction

The Lyrics and music for "Reno" were written by Richie Strell quite awhile ago at a songwriting class at The New School in NYC. The teacher of that class was Nashville writer extraordinaire Hugh Prestwood. A long time later Richie finally decided to go public with the song when he joined JT Moring. Annie Rettic and Rocky Smolin to form Gemini Junction and was encouraged to add the song to the set list. It was featured on our first album and recently Richie finally found his way to Reno and videographer and wife Lia Strell assembled the footage for the music video of Reno from scenes in Reno and North County San Diego including The Encinitas Heritage Museum. JT Moring provides driving guitar. Annie is on 5 string Viola and Richie adds the harmonica. All provide vocals.Upright Bass player Rocky was traveling but normally will be with us performing this song. Enjoy!
