Cocoa Powder is said to contain a lot of antioxidants, but just how much is destroyed from bean to powder??? It turns out to be rather a lot, so what to do instead??? We are talking Oligomeric Proanthocyanidins, OPCs, monomers, dimers, trimers, tetramers, pentamers, and polymers, in short we are talking Polyphenols, as in Catechin chains, anti-age and longevity, or reverse aging if you like.
