I am a noob regarding assembly of a computer. I NEVER before put together a Threadripper system - Now I'm trying it - with the fastest CPU available on the market. I will be doing things terribly wrong - but: I will recognize some mistakes and try to tell you every - so that you can do it better.

update for RAM problem: After updating BIOS the system starts with the new RAM - but recognizes only 32 GB of 64 GB - although it recognizes, that two slots are filled.

possible reason 1: It COULD be, that I tightened the CPU wrong with the torque screw driver (what I REALLY messed up in the video :)) - in the meantime I did it right - but still only half of RAM. See this tutorial for tightening right: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oKmIbvil_0I (thanks Nero's Nightcore for the link) - against this reason stands: my old RAM (2*8 GB) is recognized correctly by the system.

 possible reason 2: My 2 Corsair dimms CMK64GX4M2E3200C16 are NOT on the MSI compatibility list https://de.msi.com/Motherboard/support/Creator-TRX40#support-mem-25
I ordered 4 dimms from the compatibility list and will try it again.
