Eating Disorder Recovery | How Much Should I Eat?

I was obsessed with how much I should eat when I started my Eating Disorder Recovery.
I refused to accept that the answer was to listen to my mental hunger and was always researching to figure out the exact calories I needed...I lost a lot of time 'invisibly restricting'.

In this video, I chat about quasi-recovery, restriction and a few things I did to begin eating unrestricted. I also show you what I ate for snacks and lunch (let me know if you liked that) and what I got up to on Monday's bank holiday!
