These healthy delicious breakfast muffins are great for weight loss and super easy to make. I hope you get to try them soon. you can substitute almond flour for whole wheat flour or all purpose flour. feel free to use any fruits or nuts/seeds of your choice. These recipe gave me 15 muffins. #healthymuffins #breakfastmuffins #healthymuffins

INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 cup rolled oats
1 1/2 cup almond flour (or your preferred flour)
1 cup plain coconut yaghort
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 eggs
1 cup shredded carrots
1/3 cup sliced almonds
1/3 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup coconut sugar ( your preferred sweetener)
1 tbsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
